SO.

Blue Horizon deals a lot with differing eras, both science fantasy and IRL. Let's begin by breaking down how Blue Horizon's eras truly work.

Some 100,000 years ago, Earthians became space-worthy. They traveled across the galaxy.

The era they became space-worthy is in "the Early Information Era." There is some implication that this era is somewhere around the years of ~2000 AD.

Here's a few artworks involving "Antonio" and "Alejandro" from the early 2000's to early 2020's.

It features 3 different Antonios, with the implication that the first two are the same Antonio from 100,000 years past (our era on Earth, approximately 2010's to 2020's AD). The last Antonio with red eyes is our typical Antonio Chandrani-Rivera on planet Imion 100,000 years in the future.

(Again, for people who keep track of the side stories i've been releasing, just a reminder that 2010's Antonio references being with Alejandro, and I said 2000's Alejandro above.)

Some 90,000 years later AND 100,000 LIGHTYEARS away, the planet Imion winds up in trouble. There is a systemic collapse within their solar system. They become shut away from the rest of the galaxy.

This era is Nasir and Leila Hadid-Salah's era. They are Blasian main protagonists and the past lives of Antonio Chandrani-Rivera and Layla Chandrani.

During Nasir and Leila's era, the calendar they utilize is 19990 EOS. More regarding this era will be revealed within the first novel.

When it comes to this era, due to the actual focal decade (main timeline/era/decade) within Blue Horizon, Nasir + Leila's era will extremely frequently be termed "10,000 years ago."

Nasir, Leila, and their friends Shakir and Luna (both black) are termed "Ancients" by their modern incarnations, who will all exist 10,000 years in the future.

Some 100,000 years after humans spread across the galaxy, planet Imion is attempting to recover. This is the main era Blue Horizon's novels and supplementary material are centered in. The decade particularly crucial is 9990's ATF.

However, many decades prior are crucial during the story, too.

Crucial decades within the main Blue Horizon canon are: 9980's to 9990's ATF and at certain points, 9950's to 9970's ATF.
